P E R S O N A L I T Y Frankie is a quiet guy and soft spoken with the occasional word of wisdom that might surprise even those who know him. He comes across as naive and an obvious country-boy, but there is a lot more under the surface than first appears. He has a great sense of humor and is very loyal to the few he deems true friends- fiercely loyal. He has a strong sense of justice and right and wrong, but as long as someone doesn't try to screw him or anyone else over, he'll probably like them right away. Friends/Family: He's good friends with Jack and Cat. He makes acquaintances pretty often, and seems to be a good 'people person', but he does shy away from big crowds. He gets uncomfortable in them, and he can't explain why. As far as Frankie's concerned, he has no family. For some reason, that doesn't bother him much.

H I S T O R Y There's not a lot of history with Frankie. He arrived in Neverland only a year before, and soon after Cat White set him up with Jack at the local grocers. While Frankie wasn't the smartest guy to come into town, he had a certain appeal about him that struck a chord with people. He was sweet and genuine, something uncommon in a place like Neverland. While he hasn't found himself moving 'up' in the world, Jack did offer him a place to sleep in the backroom of the store. While he has never been too ambitious, he started taking reading lessons with Cat a few months before, and he seems to be picking it up quicker than many might expect of the young oaf. Since his arrival, he's made friends with the Pig brothers who run the local pub, making deliveries from Jack's for them. As a result, he's a well known face there, as well as around Cat's house and around the local school where he attends classes occasionally, always willing to learn more.
